Hp deskjet 3650 driver issues .. 1158: ?

I've been recently trying to install drivers for hp deskjet 3650 under windows xp. I've downloaded an exe file from hp (3600_enu_win2k_xp.exe) and while trying to install it i've got the funniest error message ever



What the hell?

Ehh .. googling showed that installing requires passing "/L1033" parameter to the installer.
