Proper uninstallation of proprietary Ati drivers on Fedora

To get rid of proprietary Ati drivers run the following commands.

sudo sh ati-driver-installer-11-6-x86.x86_64.run --uninstall=force
sudo yum reinstall mesa-libGL

This should leave the OS fine and dandy - ready for new drivers installation.
